Please join the Austin Chamber of Commerce and the World Affairs Council of Austin for a special event highlighting several key federal government resources available to Austin-area businesses looking to do business in emerging markets. The event will feature presentations and a panel discussion with the following guests:


Karen Parker – Director & International Trade Specialist at the U.S. Commercial Service – Austin, the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration which helps U.S. companies get started in exporting or increase sales to new global markets.


Paul Marin – Director for Partnership and Innovation at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), which helps companies create U.S. jobs through the export of U.S. goods and services for priority development projects in emerging economies.


Jonathan Brooks – Managing Director for Europe, Asia, the Pacific, and Latin America at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an independent U.S. Government agency working to reduce global poverty through economic growth.
